At Endeavor Engineering we have experience in the successful implementation of project design. We have learned to solve some of the non-technical challenges facing the successful completion of a technical project. They are not only technical but also are process and interpersonal in nature. Typically, the larger the project, the more these non-technical aspects come into play.

Design approach and implementation in the project development process can have a profound effect on the final outcome. For better or worse, people are not completely impartial, objective, and logical in their interactions with the world. Some of the most common sources of failure in project development include the following:
