Endeavor Engineering was founded in 1997 by James Tillett. In late 2005 Eric Pierce joined Mr. Tillett to provide Enterprise IT and web application development to an already thriving engineering business. Since that time Endeavor Engineering has experienced continual growth that has diversified our talent base and service offerings.

Jason Starman is a veteran when it comes to enterprise web projects and web project architecture. He leverages his knowledge of Agile methodologies and many development frameworks to deliver solutions that routinely meet customer expectations.

Sean Mish is a seasoned engineer with a background in both mechanical design and automation. As a Certified LabVIEW Developer he has helped our clients design, deploy and test complete end-to-end solutions in a wide variety of industrial settings.

Trevin Hale brings his knowledge of IT solutions to Endeavor Engineering. Trevin is in charge of our IT services division providing IT services to small and medium size businesses.

Nicole Erickson adds to the team experience from Intel, Xerox and Tektronix where she honed her skills as a web developer, graphic designer and human factors engineer.
